They are the best ever in customer service!!! Kudos to Annalise, Venessa, Marissa, Kelsey, Matt (and I'd be remiss not to add the owners Darryl and Carolyn...always so very helpful)... absolutely amazing staff!!!. I can't say enough about how patient, understanding, friendly, knowledgeable and always going the extra mile with my many stop ins and questions since they opened up. Satisfied with the quality of products and opening and closing of pool are always seamless with Don. Totally, totally recommend Bliss...name suits them!!!

There service guy Don is amazing. He is patient explaining things to me and very knowledgeable. He comes from Bradford to Aurora to service my hot tub. The service call is cheaper than calling someone local. Their prices are very very reasonable to have someone come out and diagnosis the problem. I highly recommend them.
